Payments

You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay by credit card! Choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "pay now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.
YOUR EMMEDIATE PAYMENT AFTER PURCHASE IS MUCH APPRECIATED. However, ORDERS AND RESEVED LISTINGS that are not paid within one week (without any attempt to contact me), will be canceled.

Shipping

All items are handmade (with love) and orders may take a few days to be processed and shipped. Most orders ship out in the standard3 -5 business days. I do my absolute best to ship our orders as promptly as possible, but please don't hesitate to 'convo' me with any questions! If you are in a special rush, please let me know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

INVOICES: I do not send an invoice with your packages, so if you need one ETSY has a nice feature that you can use. Just go to your Purchases and you will be able to print out an invoice there.

*RUSH* processing and delivery is available for a fee i.e.: if I have to upgrade to priority mail.

All domestic transactions will ship within 3 - 5 business days after payment has posted.

PLEASE NOTE! Orders are not considered "Lost" in transit until the following amount of time has passed:
Domestic (U.S): 21 days past shipping date

If your Etsy and PayPal shipping addresses do not match, please let me know when ordering which address to ship to.

Contact me if you would like to upgrade to Priority mail or
purchase insurance.

Insurance is upon request by the buyer. It is your responsibility if package is lost or damaged without insurance.

Refunds

Customer satisfaction is my number one priority. I am easy to work with and want happy customers. If for some reason you are not satisfied or have any concerns regarding your purchase please do not hesitate to contact me before posting any negative or neutral feedback. If a negative has been given or a case opened prior to contacting me so I can make things right, unfortunately I will have to give a negative in return.

If you decide to return an item because it did not meet your expectations I will provide a refund once the item has been returned and is in the same condition in which it was sent. Initial shipping cost will not be refunded and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility

Additional

All Reserve Listings must be paid within 3 days. After that time laps the Listing will be removed
